<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicament for treating diseases, obtained by using protein hollow nano-particles, specifically acting on target cells or tissue, and capable of efficiently containing a protein medicine in the insides of the particles, and to provide a method for treating the diseases by using the medicament. <P>SOLUTION: The hollow nano-particles comprise a protein which has recognition ability of a specified cell, such as a hepatic cell, and particle-forming ability, wherein the protein is together fused with a cell-transducing substance for treating the diseases. A hepatitis B virus surface antigen protein is preferably used as the protein.
