PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce delivery cost by making a slip integrated and simple without dividing it into a master slip and a slave slip, making the issue of a bar code label by a delivery company unnecessary. SOLUTION: The delivery slip for plural goods 10 is a delivery slip prepared for sending five pieces of goods from the same client to a same destination. The delivery slip 10 comprises an invoice/client's copy slip 11, a dealer/CVS shop's copy slip 12, a sales slip 13, a delivery slip 14, a destination's copy slip 15 and a first (16-1) to fifth (16-5) adhesive slips which are respectively stuck to the five pieces of goods. One leaf of the delivery slip 14 has five columns for receipt seal e where the destination's acknowledgement of receipt is given on the five leaves of the adhesive slips 16-1 to 16-5.
