The invention relates to a method of providing appropriate kitchen waste management. According to the invention this is achieved by conveying waste, that has been fed into an insertion unit (2) and has been disintegrated in a disposer arranged adjacent thereto, to a container (6) arranged at another location by means of vacuum. Then, the waste may be periodically removed from the container, for example by interconnection to a vacuum system. Thereby, it becomes possible to provide a desired environment-friendly and efficient management of the waste from the point where it is produced and to a center where the waste can be removed in a rational way. |
