PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an admixture for a hydraulic composition for extrusion molding which gives a hydraulic composition for extrusion molding which can secure bending strength by a smaller addition amount of pulp, and has excellent surface properties.

SOLUTION: The admixture for a hydraulic composition for extrusion molding contains nonionic water soluble cellulose ether in which light transmittancy in a 2 wt.% water solution heated at 20°C is 35 to 89%.
