PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar light emitting display configured by disposing light emitting elements such as LED on a base material soft and rich in flexibility and internally and integrally providing wiring for applying power to the light emitting elements as well, to suit the display well to woven fabric or sheet and to display characters and graphics or the like on the surface thereof in the state of still pictures or motion pictures. SOLUTION: Light emitting elements 1 are disposed at suitable intervals on the surface of a filling base material and longitudinal column lead wires 2 and lateral column lead wires 3 for supplying power thereto are electrically bonded.
