POLYNUCLEOTIDE ENCODING AN AP-2 DOMAIN TRANSCRIPTION FACTOR

摘要

A novel gene has been isolated from cDNA library of the Gloriosa superba, a traditional, Indian medicinal plant. This gene encodes a protein which has been identified as a member of the AP-2 domain binding transcription factors family, and, which shares a high amino acid sequence homology with the other members of the AP-2 domain transcription factors.
