PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a text data filtering method capable of filtering the text data in real time. SOLUTION: This method comprises a primary processing composed of a process for applying a brand code by a brand code applying means 123 by prefiltering, and a process for eliminating noise on the applied brand code by a noise eliminating means 124, and a secondary processing composed of a process for performing the filtering processing by a filtering means 241 on the basis of a filtering condition determined by a user, and a process for eliminating the noise on the brand code by a noise eliminating means 242.
