PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide uniform pressure cut-off structure between fittings and a wall that can cut off water between the fittings and the wall at a low cost by a uniform pressure cut-off mechanism, and to provide an attachment frame and the fittings. SOLUTION: A frame of the fittings 1 is not provided with components for the uniform pressure cut-off mechanism. The frame 3 of the fittings 1 is therefore provided attachedly with the attachment frame 7 provided with the component 8 for the uniform pressure cut-off mechanism. The uniform pressure cut-off mechanism 9 is formed between the fittings 1 and an exterior wall 2 by the components 8, 6 for the respective uniform pressure cut-off mechanisms of the attachment frame 7 and exterior wall 2.
