<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional Japanese croquet scoreboard power supply method causing a sudden display failure due to an operation failure of the scoreboard during use in a game when its button type battery capacity is lowered below an operation voltage of an IC memory ROM. <P>SOLUTION: In this power supply method 16 for the Japanese croquet scoreboard 1 with the solar battery, solar batteries 3 and 4 are used as power supply sources, and a part of power fed from a power source with a higher voltage than those of the solar batteries 3 and 4 is accumulated in an accumulating part 2 by means of an electronic circuit 5 via a reverse-current prevention diode 6, while potential to the operation voltage of the ROM 15 in the readable IC memory 14 for display in a display part 12 and sound of a buzzer 13 and potential necessary for sound of the buzzer 13 is supplied from the solar batteries 3 and 4 and the accumulating part 2 after accumulation. When a switching operation in the scoreboard 1 is carried out, display is indicated in the display part 12 and sound is made from the buzzer 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
