PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a handling of pipes connected to a fluid valve while making excellent a flow rate characteristic of the fluid valve. SOLUTION: Centers Cp of first to third ports 41g-41i are approximately equally disposed around a rotation shaft from viewing from the rotation shaft direction of a valve element 42 and first and third communication passages 41k, 41m are bent in a valve body 41 to open first to third connection ports 41a-41c to the same direction. Thereby, while a flow rate control characteristic of a flow rate adjustment valve 40 is made excellent, a handling of pipes connected to the first to third connection ports 41a-41c is facilitated.
