PURPOSE: A method and a system for operating an accumulation point on the Internet are provided to give an opportunity for selling more goods by offering the direct and fast opportunity for using the point to customers as linking a point provider providing diverse points with a game server and a lottery ticket service. CONSTITUTION: A sales server(30) transmits the goods information to a member computer(10) and stores the buying information, the point information and the member information. A financial server(40) certifies a payment tool suggested by a member if a buying signal is inputted through the member computer(10). A web server(50) outputs a signal to offer a premium according to the accumulation point if the point information of the member stored in the sales server(30) is accumulated to a constant point. The web server(50) includes the game server(60) providing the games to the member computer(10) connected through the web server(50) and a lottery ticket server(70) providing a lottery ticket signal corresponding to the instant lottery tickets to the member computer(10) connected through the web server(50).
