PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accumulate and provide the information on the evaluation on a medical institution by patients under the same criteria, to the medial institution. SOLUTION: This information providing system relating to the medical institution comprises a server compute 0100, a client computer 0101, and a communication network 0102 connecting the computers. The server computer 0100 extracts the patients receiving the medical examination in the medical institution, sends the questionnaire relating to the medical institution to the extracted patients, collects the answers when it receives the answer to the questionnaire from the patients, and stores the same as the medical institution evaluation information. The stored medical institution evaluation information is opened to the public on the basis of the request from a user.
