PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition having high transparency when molded in a sheet or a film, capable of keeping clouding preventive property for a long time, and not liable to whitening and swelling by absorbing moisture or water. SOLUTION: This clouding preventive polyester resin composition is prepared by compounding a nucleating agent to a crystalline polyester obtained by copolymerizing a polyether diol (A) containing not less than 50 wt.% ethylene oxide unit and having a molecular weight of 4,000-100,000 and a component (B) selected from the group consisting of a polytetramethylene glycol, a polypropylene glycol, a dimer acid, and a dimer diol having a molecular weight of 500-2,000.
