PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a halogen compound-free thermoplastic resin composition which is excellent in the flame retardancy and also is excellent in the well balance between the heat resistance and the impact resistance. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprises a blend of 100 parts by weight of a styrenic rubber-reinforced resin ((A)+(B)), which is comprised of 10-60% by weight of a graft copolymer (A) that is obtained by the graft-copolymerization in the presence of 20-80 parts by weight of rubbery polymer (a) of 80-20 parts by weight of a monomer mixture comprising 40-90% by weight of an aromatic vinyl monomer (b), 10-60% by weight of a vinyl cyanide monomer (c) and 0-50% by weight of other copolymerizable monomer (d) and that has a graft ratio of 10-100% by weight and of 40-90% by weight of a vinyl copolymer (B) that is obtained by the copolymerization of a monomer mixture comprising 40-90% by weight of an aromatic vinyl monomer (b), 10-60% by weight of a vinyl cyanide monomer (c) and 0-50% by weight of other copolymerizable vinyl monomer (d), with 1-40 parts by weight of a phosphorus-containing epoxy-based flame retardant (C) that is a reaction product of an organic phosphorus-based compound having the active hydrogen reactive with at least one epoxy group selected from the group consisting of 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide and diphenyl phosphine oxide and of a nonhalogen-epoxy resin having at least difunctional epoxy group and with a phosphorus-based flame retardant (D) excepting the phosphorus-containing epoxy-based flame retardant (C).
