PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can take a photo of a surrounding condition with a television camera, displays it on a monitor installed in a car and monitor the peripheral condition of the car assisting safe driving in the car. SOLUTION: The television camera is installed at a position where front, rear and side views of the car can be sufficiently secured, and the peripheral condition is displayed on the monitor installed at a position where a driver can see during driving looking at the front. The screen of the monitor can be divided into front and rear or right and left, and the lens of the camera can be fixed view or zoom.
