PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce bias of a core of a motor-integrated spindle having a cylindrical body in a tool holder holding the spindle. SOLUTION: In the tool holder A1 for a machine tool holding the motor- integrated spindle B having the cylindrical body, the spindle B is fit in a holding body 10 having a cylindrical holding face 11 with a radius substantially the same as a body outline of the spindle B, and the body of the spindle B is supported by pressing it symmetrically to an axis of the cylindrical holding face 11 by at least three points or more by a supporting means provided on the holding body 10.
