PURPOSE: A method of fabricating a mold-type sample for achieving a quantitative analysis of a ferro alloy is provided to reduce deviation of the mold-type sample by mixing the ferro alloy with pure iron and melting the mixture in a high frequency induction melting furnace. CONSTITUTION: A Fe-Mn ferro alloy is mixed with pure iron in a ratio of 1:3.5 to 1:4.5 in such a manner that a total weight thereof is in a range of 60 to 150 gr. Then, the mixture is melted in a high frequency induction melting furnace having the temperature of 1400 to 1470 deg.C for 150 to 200 seconds. Then, the melted mixture is fabricated into a mold-type Fe-Mn ferro alloy sample by performing a centrifugal casting process with respect to the melted mixture. At this time, the casting time is about 10 to 13 seconds and rotating speed is about 400 to 500 R.P.M.
