PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplifying module having a size remarkably smaller than conventional devices, stable characteristics in which standing waves are not generated by the wavelength of a transmission signal, and high reliability. SOLUTION: A conductor pattern 20 has a length corresponding to (Co/f)/(εr)<1/2> }/4 regarding the frequency f (Hz) of the transmission signal, the wavelength λ0 (m) in a vacuum, light velocity Co (m/s) and the dielectric constant εr of a dielectric substrate 15. The conductor pattern 20 is supported by the dielectric substrate 15. When the maximum total-length size of the dielectric substrate 15 is represented by Lm (m), the substrate 15 satisfies Lm< (Co/ f)/εr)<1/2> }/4. The dielectric substrate is composed of a composite material containing an epoxy resin material and a ceramic material. |
