The conductor pattern 20 is supported by the dielectric substrate 15. When the maximum total-length size of the dielectric substrate 15 is represented by Lm (m), the substrate 15 satisfies Lm< (Co/ f)/&epsi;r)<1/2> }/4. The dielectric substrate is composed of a composite material containing an epoxy resin material and a ceramic material.
