PURPOSE: In a central heating device, an inflow water temperature and a discharging water temperature is measured, and the temperature difference is calculated for controlling similar heating effect. CONSTITUTION: An indoor temperature controlling device in a central heating device comprises an inflow water temperature measuring sensor(18), an inflow water amount adjusting valve(20), a discharge water temperature measuring sensor(22), and a valve proportion adjusting device(24). The valve proportion adjusting device is connected to the inflow water temperature measuring sensor and the discharge water temperature measuring sensor to calculate the temperature difference, and to adjust flowing water amount by the inflow water amount adjusting valve(20).
