PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control node system which does not increase two- dimensionally the required number of modules in spite of enlargement of the number of users to be received, a call control program, and a computer readable record medium which records the program. SOLUTION: Modules (M1 to Mn) are connected via a communication network (31) and a communication line (L1 to Ln). When the modules receive a multicast communication from a network interface controller (NIC) 141 for inputting a database access request from the communication network (31), an IMC interface(IMCI) 145 for making the multicast communication of the database access request to the other modules, and the other modules in the case where a request from the communication network is addressed to the own module, the request is executed and the results are returned to the communication network, and when not addressed to the own module, the request is abolished. Further, when a specific module is broken down, the module which received the database access request multicasts with a module group except for the broken-down module as a group.
