PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crown type retainer of fine fluidity of grease and a rolling bearing using its crown type retainer. SOLUTION: A crown type retainer 10 of synthetic resin for the rolling bearing has a ring-shaped retainer body 11, a pair of opposite claws 12 that are formed at a regular distance of circumference direction on the front side of a retainer body 11, a pocket part 13 being formed between the pair of the claws 12 and a cavity part of a thickness 14 being formed circumferentially on the back side of the retainer body 11. A notch part 15 is provided communicating with the cavity part of the thickness 14 being notched from front or back side of the retainer body 11 between pocket parts 13 being next to next. |
