摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote a relationship between a client and a store by effectively utilizing mutual information in the visitor managing system of the store and the visitor managing system of an event. SOLUTION: By constructing the customer relationship system for unitarily managing client information by using the same client card for the store and the event, gathering of customers to the store and the event is promoted, services are provided while integrating the store and the event and the relationship with superior clients is promoted.
