VARIABLE WHEEL SYSTEM OF TROLLEY FOR RAIL

PURPOSE: A variable wheel apparatus of a trolley for a rail is provided to reduce the replacement number, and to cut down expenses by traveling the trolley actively with varying the width of the wheel according to fine deformation of the rail. CONSTITUTION: A variable wheel device of a trolley is composed of a wheel assembling part integrally formed with the trolley by a sleeve guide(4) in the lower part of the trolley; a wheel moving shaft(7) inserted to the sleeve guide, and fixed in the wheel assembling part with moving right and left; a wheel flange(1) combined with a bearing(9), and turned with the wheel moving shaft; a variable wheel guide part(14) combined with the wheel moving shaft and moved right and left; and two support springs(15,16) moving elastically in moving the variable wheel guide part. The trolley is traveled actively with varying the width of the wheel according to the rail.
