PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a wet cutting board in a cutting board holder placed on the worktop of a sink unit and drain water sticking to the cutting board directly to a sink. SOLUTION: A cutting board supporting rod (1) and a cutting board supporting base (2) are provided upper and lower portions of a pole (5), the clearance between them is made slightly longer than the distance between the upper side (9) and the lower edge (10) of the cutting board, the ends of the upper side (9) and the lower side (10) of the cutting board are put into that, the cutting board (7) is held in a inclined state by the gravity. The cutting board holder installed as described above is placed so that the lowermost corner (8) of the cutting board may be on the worktop (11) as the upper portion of a sink (12).
