PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GPS system capable of receiving GPS radio waves even in an underground or building structure equally to on the ground to measure the position. SOLUTION: A GPS receiver for receiving a GPS signal transmitted from two or more GPS satellites is arranged on a GPS ground station. Reradiators for reradiating the GPS signal are dispersively set in the ceiling or space upper part of the underground or building structure, and connected to the GPS receiver through signal cables; and the GPS signal, emitted from the reradiators, in one GPS signal selected from among two or more GPS signals received by the GPS receiver on the ground, and the regenerators are dispersed so that two or more different GPS signals can be received substantially equally in a GPS receiver located, at a position measuring point inside the underground or building structure.
