PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffraction lattice multi-channel spectroscope and its regulation method capable of regulating and calibrating the position of a multi- channel detector without using other light sources and an optical system. SOLUTION: An interfere filter 105 constituted of a multi-layer thin film is arranged on the outermost element in a multi-channel detector 104. The interference filter 105 is a band pass filter, which is used to have characteristics transmitting only light of the maximum wavelength or the minimum wavelength out of the wavelength used for the multi-channel detector 104 as the characteristics of the band pass filter. In the outermost element of the multi-channel detector 104, light transmitting the interference filter 105 is detected, and the position of the multi-channel detector is regulated so that it is maximized.
