PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecule sensor for in vivo second messenger, and its producing method. SOLUTION: The molecule sensor has a fluorescence-labeled molecule on the periphery of the substrate bond part of PH domain. An amino acid residue on the periphery of the substrate bond part is varied into cystine and caused to react selectively on a fluorescence molecule in the method for producing a molecule sensor.
