PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health builder and a composition thereof, which can further activate cells and can promote health. SOLUTION: The composition for the health builder contains fungus, fermented extract of rice embrio and soybean, and alga. The fungus is preferably at least one selected from a group of hot water extract of mycelium of Cordyceps sinensis, hot water extract of fruit body of Ganoderma Lucidum, hot water extract of fruit body of Agaricus blazei Murill, hot water extract of mycelium of Philinus linteus, hot water extract of fruit body of Hericium Erinaoeum, hot water extract of fruit body of Coriolus versicolor, hot water extract of fruit body of Lentinus edodes. The alga is preferably at least one selected from hot water extract of Chlorella or hot water extract of Spirulina. The composition for the health builder preferably contains, 0.1-20 wt.% of fungus, 0.05-10 wt.% each of alga and fermented extract of rice embrio and soybean. The health builder contains the above-mentioned composition. |
