PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which the reliability in connection among a power source circuit and driving circuits is enhanced and whose power consumption is reduced remarkably. SOLUTION: This display device 11 is provided with a liquid crystal display part 20 in which a unit pixel 45 having a pixel switching element Tr and a pixel electrode M is arranged in a matrix shape, a scanning-side driving circuit 21, a signal-side driving circuit 22, a driving circuit 23 for applying a compensation voltage and a power source circuit 24. The pixel switching elements Trs are thin film transistors winch are constituted of poly crystalline silicon semiconductors which are formed on a substrate 28 and the power source circuit 24 is the power source circuit of a charge pump system and moreover is constituted of the poly crystalline silicon semiconductors and is a built-in circuit which is integrally formed on the substrate 28. |
