PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent scattered toner from adhering to the peripheral surface of a spacer roller provided on both end sides in the longitudinal direction of a developing roller. SOLUTION: An insulation preventing sheet member 9j is disposed to abut on the spacer roller 9i provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the developing roller 9c, whereby the scattered toner adhering to the roller 9i is scraped by the member 9j. Therefore, a proper gap between the roller 9c and a photoreceptor drum is stably maintained, and excellent development is performed over a long term. |
