PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for a homepage capable of promoting usage of the homepage over a long period without causing a browser of the homepage to tire of it at an early stage. SOLUTION: This management system 1 for a homepage is provided with a terminal 4 connected to a communication network 3 and a server computer 2 distributing data of an image displayed on a homepage displayed on the terminal 4 or a combination of the image and speech, and the server computer 2 has a data changing part changing the data of the image or the combination of the image and the speech in accordance with an external factor occurring in the homepage.
