A method for processing decomposed reusable polyol, which method is used for processing the decomposed and recovered polyol obtained by decomposing polyurethane resin, and the decomposed reusable polyol obtained by the processing method. In the processing method, any of the following processes is selectively used: the process that after an organic dicarboxylic acid or anhydride thereof is added to the decomposed and recovered polyol containing the amines, the precipitate is removed; the process that an isocyanate compound is added to the decomposed and recovered polyol containing the amines; the process that an oxide compound is added to the decomposed and recovered polyol containing the amines; and the process that a urea is added to the decomposed and recovered polyol containing the amines. <IMAGE>
