PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform inventory control on measuring chips in an analyzing device using the disposable measuring chips. SOLUTION: The analyzing device for making samples adhere to the disposable measuring chips 10 and analyzing the characteristics of the samples through the use of the measuring chips 10 is provided with a storage means for storing the number of the measuring chips 10 delivered to the analyzing device, a tallying means 84 for counting the number of the measured chips 10 used for analysis, a computing means 80 for obtaining the residual amount of the measuring chips 10 by subtracting the number of the used measuring chips counted by the tallying means 84 from the number of the delivered measuring chips stored in the storage means, and an alarming means 82 for issuing an alarm when the residual amount of the measuring chips 10 obtained by the computing means 80 becomes equal to a predetermined number or less.
