PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize low power consumption in a driving circuit of a display device corresponding to an input signal of a low voltage amplitude by using a level shifter utilizing a differential amplifier. SOLUTION: A driving circuit is divided into a plurality of units, and each unit is provided with a constant current source. In addition to a conventional scanning circuit, the unit has a sub-scanning circuit for controlling on-off the constant current source arranged for each unit, and the current is efficiently supplied by controlling to turn on only the constant current source of the unit scanning at present.
