<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a measuring range with high measurement accuracy, by combining another measuring means capable of measuring a large flow with a thermal flowmeter. SOLUTION: In this two-sensor type flowmeter, a thermal sensor 16 of the thermal flowmeter and a Pitot's tube 20 are disposed in a fluid passage 13. The flow rate in the range from a low velocity region to a medium velocity set value is measured by the thermal flowmeter and the measurement result is displayed on a display 29, and the flow rate in the range from the medium velocity set value to a high velocity region is measured by a flowmeter using the Pitot's tube 20 and the measurement result is displayed on the display 29. The display of the measurement result measured by the thermal flowmeter and the display of the measurement result measured by the flowmeter using the Pitot's tube 20 are switched automatically based on the medium velocity set value (change-over set voltage).</p> |
