The owner information storage means 1d relates and stores the customer information and information regarding the issuer of the securities in a storage device 1f. A retrieving means 1e obtains owner information relating to a securities issuing company which has an information processor 2 and supplies it when a request to download the owner information is made by the owner information acquiring means 2a. An owner information storage means 2b stores the owner information in a storage device 2c.
