PURPOSE: A coupling device is provided to allow coupling to be easily performed even in the state where the head portion of the coupling screw has no space for coupling work, while protecting products from an external impact. CONSTITUTION: A coupling device comprises a coupling pin and a coupling clip(20). The coupling pin includes a head portion(12) having a support surface for supporting an object(30) to be coupled; a main body portion(13) formed in a vertical direction beneath the head portion; and a stepped portion(14) formed at an end of the main body portion, and which has a width wider than the width of the main body portion so as to support the coupling clip. The coupling clip has a main body, an insertion hole for insertion of the head portion of the coupling pin, and a passage hole for passage of the main body portion of the coupling pin inserted into the insertion hole. The main body of the coupling clip supporting the object to be coupled has elastic portions which are bent to elastically support the coupling pin.
