JOURNALLED STRUCTURE OF LEVER MEMBER IN SHOT BALL FEEDER FOR PACHINKO MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of insufficiency of strength because of journaling a shaft fitting part of a lever member by a base shaft only on one face side. SOLUTION: A journalled part of the lever member 5 is composed of the cylindrical shaft fitting part 11 positioned on the lower side of a shooting rail 1 on the front face side of a board 8, and a pivot plate 12 of plate shape on the back face side of the board 8. The shaft fitting part 11 and the pivot plate 12 are pivotally fixed to a base shaft 9 disposed projecting on both sides of the board 8. The journalled part of the lever member 5 is thereby divided in two front and rear parts of the board 8 to secure necessary length and strength, and the projecting quantity on one side (the lower side of the shooting rail 1) is shortened to prevent damage.
