SOLUTION: The steel substractural column 30 is held approximately vertical by a crane 10 above the concrete Q placed inside a hole wall protecting pipe 60 in advance in such a state to undergo vertical high-frequency vibrations generated by a high-frequency vibrator 20. In this state, the crane 10 is controlled so as to allow the steel column 30 to descend, and the self-weight of the steel substructural column 30 permits the column 30 to be erected. On the concrete Q, there is erected the column 30 undergoing horizontal alignment by means of an accuracy adjusting device 70. Consequently, the column 30 can be easily erected with high accuracy on the normal air entrained concrete holding no workability in particular.
