<p>A tape cassette, comprising a cassette case body (32), wherein locking holes (34, 34) are provided on a rear wall (32a) across a storage part (41) for a tape unit (20), a tape extraction part (36) is formed on both sides of a front wall (32b) generally parallel with the rear wall (32a) so as to surround a recessed space (38) for disposing a printing part therein, an elongated locking hole (39) is formed in an intermediate wall (29) facing the recessed space (38), and locking parts (35, 35) locked to the locking holes (34, 34) and an elastically locking hook body (40) locked to the elongated locking hole (39) are provided on a cassette cover (33), whereby the detachable cassette cover covering the upper opening part of the cassette case body (32) for replaceably storing the tape unit (20) therein can be prevented from being inadvertently removed from the cassette case body even if the outer peripheral wall of the cassette case body is touched manually.</p> |
