PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the ventilation resistance to blown-out air by forming a vertical wind direction-deflecting plate and a right and left wind direction- deflecting plate integrally. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is provided with a bulge which is made in circular form by bulging the roughly center of the front guider constituting the topside of a blowout port upward, and also a wind direction-deflecting plate unit 11 is composed of a frame 13 where an inflow port 13b for blown-out air is made at the rear, an outflow port 13a is made at the front, and a vertical wind direction-deflecting plate 13c is made at the bottom, and a cover 14 which covers the top of that frame 13, and that wind direction-deflecting plate unit 11 is rotated along the above front guider by means of the first drive motor 15 so as to deflect the vertical direction of the blown-out air, while the second drive motor 16 and the first lever 18 and the second lever 19 driven by the second drive motor 16 are provided on the topside of the above frame 13 so as to change the directions of a plurality of right and left wind direction- deflecting plates 12 pivoted within the above frame 13.
