<p>The invention relates to human-drived gene leading sequence, gene vector and to method of expressing gene. It comprises follows: (1) utilizing the DNA sequences of related gene having no important physiological functions on human chromosomal short arm of D, G groups or the DNA sequences having 50% or more than 50% homologies with the above mentioned DNA sequences as leader sequence of interested gene, and constructing gene vector containing above leader sequence; (3) introducing the interested gene into active region of expression on chromosomal short arm of D, G groups of human somatic cell. The invention provides a new gene leading sequence, a vector constructing with it, and method of expressing the gene. The method can be used for human gene therapy and preparing protein.</p> |
