PURPOSE: A structure of a damper of a slant washing machine is provided to prevent the possible interference between an inner tub and a damper element while supporting the inner tub and an outer tub slantly by disposing the damper element at an upper end of a holding element, thereby reducing vibration and noise. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a damper of a slant washing machine in which an inner tub(65) and an outer tub(60) are positioned with a predetermined inclination angle with respect to a vertical direction of gravity includes holding elements(70) mounted with a damper element(75) at an upper end portion for carrying out the damping function when the washing machine operates, wherein the damper element is supported to a case of the washing machine.
