PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely examine the appearance of a preform, to give uniform heating processing to the preform and to keep the uniform heating and softening state of the preform by reducing the influence of outside air. SOLUTION: A propelling chain conveyer 14 hung around propelling sprockets 13 arranged on a substrate 10 and having preform holding body 16 is moved and suspended to propel and stop the preform fitted to and held by the bodies 16 and rotating chains 18 arranged hung around rotating pulleys 17 on the substrate 10 are engaged with the bodies 16 to control the moving velocity of the chains 18 and that of the conveyer 14 to transport the preform.
