PURPOSE: A device for lifting a blank cutting material is provided which does not generates defects such as scratches on the outer surface of a material to be processed during transferring of the material to the other working pace by transferring the material as the bottom surface of the material is stably being supported to the outer surface of rollers installed at rectangular rods. CONSTITUTION: The device for lifting a blank cutting material comprises a sensor(20) sensing the punching state of a material to be processed; a cylinder(10) operated according to signals sensed by the sensor(20); rectangular rods(30) ascended or descended according to the operating state of the cylinder(10); and rollers(40) installed at the rectangular rods(30), wherein when a material to be processed forming an outward form of cars is cut to a desirable shape using a blanking die during manufacturing of panels for cars, the sensor(20) operates the cylinder(10) by sensing the cutting of the material, the rectangular rods(30) at which the rollers(40) are installed are moved upward by the operation of the cylinder(10), and the material is transferred to one or the other side as the bottom surface of the cut material is stably supported to the rollers(40) moved upward.
