PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-containing storage bag which is more interesting than a conventional one to attract attention, wherein the bag can be shockproof or waterproof depending on the situation. SOLUTION: The air-containing storage bag comprises an air bag having an inlet for putting air and a bag surrounded by the air bag. The manufacturing method of the air-containing bag comprises steps of laminating long sheets in two plies, mounting the inlet for putting air on the sheet to be a surface, welding a region internal to an entrance along the entrance between the respective two-plied sheets on a side of the entrance when the two-plied sheets are two-folded, two-folding the air bag so that an opposite side serves as an entrance, and welding the two remaining sides to provide the air-containing storage bag.
