PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective agent for inhibiting the formation of neutral fat (i.e., triglyceride), having low toxicity to a human being and an animal such as livestock. SOLUTION: This agent for inhibiting formation of the neutral fat and lipid peroxide contains D-cysteinolic acid represented by formula (I) as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition, the cosmetic raw material, the cosmetic and the food contains the agent for inhibiting the formation of the neutral fat and the lipid peroxide. |
