PURPOSE: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device in which area saving and power saving are realized in addition to the acceleration of data input-output and the improvement of operation margin with a simple configuration. CONSTITUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit device is provide with an output circuit where 1st and 2nd data are parallelly transferred through a 1st signal transmission path, amplified by 1st and 2nd relay amplifier circuits and transferred to 1st and 2nd output registers through a 2nd signal transmission path and which serially outputs the 1st and 2nd data stored in the 1st and 2nd output registers on the basis of address information. The output timing of one data to be later outputted between the 1st and 2nd data to the 2nd signal transmission path is delayed with respect to the other data to be first outputted, the data to be first outputted between the 1st and 2nd data is made to correspond to the 1st output register, the data to be later outputted is made to correspond to the 2nd output register, and the transmission speed in the 2nd signal transmission path that is made to correspond to the 1st output register is made faster than the transmission speed in the 2nd signal transmission path that is made to correspond to the 2nd output register.
