PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heating water in a heating circuit from being putrefied even when heating operation is not performed over a long period of time. SOLUTION: Control means is provided for supplying a predetermined amount of water to a heating circuit to replace fresh water upon automatic pouring of hot water where hot water heated in a hot water supply heat exchanger 7 is supplied to an additional burning circuit. Hereby, upon automatic pouring of hot water a predetermined amount of water is supplied to the heating circuit every time and is replaced with fresh water, so that the heating water in the heating circuit is controlled such that it is prevented from being putrefied to improve convenience.
