PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact transmission device for operating a shift fork by rotating a rotating drum with an actuator. SOLUTION: A rotating motor 5 is stored in the cylindrical rotating drum 4, and engaged with the inner peripheral surface or the peripheral edge of the end surface of the rotating drum 4 through a speed reduction mechanism comprising a sun gear 54 and a planet gear 55 provided for an output shaft 52 of the motor.
